in
Haiti
Reiser
Relief
sends cargo shipping containers filled with meal packets.
Transportation cost per container is around $10,000. These food packets
are assembled by volunteers in the U.S. and donated by the nonprofit
organization Feed My Starving Children. For many children, the daily
meal at school is the only one they will receive. This food
is distributed in various parts
of Haiti: Lespinasse, Cité Soleil, Leogonne, Jacmel, and

Haiti Prayer
Author: Fr. Bernard Reiser
"He will wipe away all tears
from their eyes;
there will be no more death,
no more mourning or sadness. The world of
the past has gone."
(Revelation 21:4)
Almighty
Father in heaven, surround the people of Haiti with Thy Divine
Providence.
Strengthen them in their
trials, provide for their needs.
May they join their sufferings to those of Jesus, God’s Son, as they
walk through the rubble of the January earthquake.
May they realize that they
are accompanying
Jesus on the road to
crucifixion.
May the Joys of Easter unfold
in
their hearts, and encourage them to
persevere to heaven’s kingdom. Amen
"Whatever
you did
for one of the least of
these brothers of mine, you did for me"
